Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle is designed to eliminate binding and maximize power transfer. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design accommodate extreme suspension travel, making it compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms from various brands. Featuring CV joints that are 10%-15% larger than standard joints and a shaft diameter increased by 15%-20% over OEM axles, this axle delivers unmatched durability. The dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and 4340 chromoly inner cage ensure exceptional resistance to torsional stress and impact. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide superior protection and lubrication, extending the life of the axle.
