The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle is designed with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, which prevents binding, even under extreme stress. Compatible with 2", 3", 4" and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands, this axle offers versatile fitment options. Featuring a 10% - 15% increase in CV joint size and a 15% - 20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, it delivers unmatched durability. Dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots ensure long-lasting performance, while the high-load molybdenum grease packed within the boots provides optimal lubrication. The inner cage is crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined for ultimate precision and strength. Upgrade to Demon and experience the difference in quality and performance.
