Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to handle the increased demands of lifted vehicles and high-torque applications. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth power delivery through the roughest terrain. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing significantly enhanced strength. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and featuring thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle offers exceptional durability and longevity. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material, ensuring precise fitment and reliable performance. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, the Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is an ideal choice for serious off-road enthusiasts.
