The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, effectively preventing binding during extreme suspension travel. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, ensuring exceptional durability. The CV joints are also enhanced, offering a 10%-15% increase in size for increased load-bearing capacity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the axle from the elements and ensure long-lasting performance. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from robust 4340 chromoly material, providing exceptional strength and precise fitment. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, this axle is the ideal choice for serious off-road enthusiasts seeking maximum performance and reliability.
