Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle the increased stress of lifted suspensions and portal gear lifts. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, ensuring smooth power delivery through the roughest terrain. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and aftermarket A-arms, this axle offers versatile fitment options. Featuring a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, it provides exceptional durability. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is precision CNC machined for optimal performance. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease offer superior protection against the elements and ensure long-lasting lubrication.
