The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed for enthusiasts and professionals who demand the best. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, even under extreme suspension travel. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than regular joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing significantly enhanced strength and durability. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts with a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is built to last. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease to ensure long-lasting protection and performance. Precision CNC machining guarantees precise fitment and reliable operation. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, this axle offers versatile compatibility.
