Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is meticulously crafted to handle extreme articulation angles, thanks to its innovative dual plunge design that prevents binding. Featuring a robust construction, this complete axle boasts a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, providing a significant boost in overall strength. The axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from leading brands. Dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts ensure exceptional resistance to twisting and breaking. Encased in thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, the axle offers superior protection against the elements and continuous smooth operation. The inner cage is constructed from 4340 chromoly material, further enhancing its ruggedness and reliability. Precision CNC machining guarantees exact tolerances and a perfect fit, making this Demon axle a vital upgrade for any serious off-road enthusiast.
