Description
The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is engineered to withstand the rigors of demanding off-road use. Featuring wider articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth and consistent power delivery. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than regular joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing significant strength gains. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and featuring thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle offers exceptional durability and resistance to wear. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material, guaranteeing precise fitment and optimal performance. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, the Demon Heavy-Duty Axle offers versatile installation options.
