The Demon heavy-duty axle features a dual plunge design that eliminates binding, even at wide articulation angles. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, the axle shaft offers a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, significantly enhancing its durability. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, further improving strength and longevity. Equipped with thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle ensures optimal lubrication and protection from the elements. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for unmatched precision and reliability. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, this complete axle provides a versatile and robust solution for your off-road needs.
