The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle the increased demands of lifted vehicles and high-performance applications. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth and consistent power delivery. The CV joints are 10% - 15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15% - 20% compared to OEM axles, providing significant strength and durability improvements. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle offers exceptional resistance to breakage and wear. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease provide superior protection against the elements and ensure long-lasting performance. The inner cage is made from 4340 chromoly material and is precision CNC machined for precise fitment and optimal strength. Whether you're running 2", 3", 4", or 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or specific brand A-arms, this axle is designed to fit seamlessly.
