Adding electrical accessories increases amperage usage. When adding accessories, consider the amperage ratings of switches and wires. Drawing too many amps through a switch or wire can cause overheating and potential burning. Fuses and breakers are sized to protect wiring and switches. DO NOT CHANGE the 30A MAIN BREAKER TO A 50A BREAKER, as this will compromise the protection of the switches and wiring.
