The Cometic Primary Gasket Pack provides high-quality, fuel-resistant gaskets designed to prevent creep, cracking, and brittleness, ensuring a long-lasting and reliable seal. This advanced gasket kit is manufactured from premium materials, offering various types to perfectly suit your specific motorcycle primary gaskets application. Cometic's commitment to high-performance sealing is evident in its diverse range of technologies.
Explore cutting-edge sealing solutions like Extreme Sealing Technology (EST) gaskets, which utilize embossed steel covered with a proprietary rubber material or solid copper, tailored to the application. The Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) gaskets feature two outer Viton®-coated embossed spring steel layers combined with an inner steel layer for robust support and enhanced sealing integrity. For excellent heat tolerance without delaminating, the CFM composite material gaskets incorporate a steel tang center laminated to provide a durable, long-lasting seal.
Additionally, the Aluminum Foamette Material (AFM) gaskets boast an aluminum core with a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber coating bonded to the outside layer, uniquely designed to function effectively without requiring additional gasket sealer. The Single-Layer Steel (SLS) gaskets feature a stainless steel core and embossed outer surfaces, creating a heavy-duty seal between the center steel layer and mating surfaces. Finally, Viton® gaskets are constructed with a stainless steel core and a precise 0.001" thick coating of Viton rubber on both sides, ensuring superior chemical resistance and sealing. All Cometic gaskets are proudly made in the U.S.A., guaranteeing exceptional quality for your engine sealing solutions.
