The Biltwell Mustache Handlebar is constructed from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. The 1" outer diameter and 0.120" (3 mm) wall thickness provide a robust feel and reliable performance. All bends are precisely formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender, minimizing flat spots and maintaining consistent geometry. Precision-mitered and TIG-welded joints guarantee superior structural integrity. With a width of 26" and a pullback/sweep of 5-1/4", this handlebar offers a comfortable and stylish riding position.
