This robust primary drive kit features an 8 mm belt, providing optimal power transmission from your engine to the transmission.
Crafted with precision, this high-quality motorcycle belt drive kit includes a front pulley, the durable 8 mm belt, a sturdy clutch hub, and a robust clutch basket. The heart of the clutch system is a high-performance aramid clutch set, meticulously composed of two half plates, four full plates, and five steel drive plates, all working together to provide superior grip and longevity. The precision-machined, polished aluminum pressure plate is engineered with nine springs and shoulder bolts to guarantee even spring pressure across the clutch, contributing to its smooth operation and extended lifespan. The rear pulley further enhances durability with a 40 mm double-row bearing and an inner stress-proof steel clutch hub, ensuring robust support for the clutch assembly. Constructed from a blend of high-strength steel, DuPont™ Kevlar® Fiber, and 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, this 41.3 mm (1-5/8") wide belt drive system is built for resilience.
