Description
The Alpinestars SM3 Falcon Helmet Red/White/Blue sets a new standard for youth motocross helmet safety and performance. Its advanced thermo-injected shell, crafted from a specialized polymer blend with varying thickness, provides an optimal balance of impact protection and lightweight comfort. This sophisticated construction, combined with a multi-density inner liner, is meticulously engineered to absorb impacts effectively, ensuring the correct density is present in the precise areas needed. A unique low-friction coating on the main EPS liner acts as a slip plane, significantly reducing rotational acceleration forces from oblique impacts, a critical feature for minimizing potential brain injury.Beyond its robust protection, the SM3 Falcon prioritizes rider comfort and ventilation. A highly efficient airflow system features ten strategically placed inlets and seven exhaust ports, actively channeling air through the helmet to maximize heat transfer and keep the rider cool and focused. The visor is not only designed to direct air into these ports but also incorporates a precise release system that reduces forces on the neck during impacts. For enhanced safety, the helmet includes an Emergency Release System for easy removal of cheek pads, along with a secure 25mm soft textile chin strap and stainless steel D-rings. The comfort liner, made from recycled materials, offers a lower carbon footprint, while integrated hydration tube channels add convenience for competitive and long-duration rides.
