Description

The Alpinestars A-1 Roost Guard sets a new standard for motorcycle chest protection, delivering a high-performance, ultra-lightweight solution for demanding off-road conditions. Engineered with robust front and rear hard shell plates, it provides critical defense against impacts and abrasive roost. These protective shells are backed by bio-foam padding, ensuring a secure, comfortable, and close-to-body fit that minimizes bulk and maximizes rider agility. The innovative design incorporates extensive perforations in the plastic shells, promoting maximum breathability and continuous cooling ventilation to keep you comfortable during intense rides. Furthermore, the thermoformed padded chassis enhances overall comfort and maintains an optimal fit. This motorcycle chest protector is fully compatible with Alpinestars Bionic Neck Supports (BNS), allowing for integrated safety. Extended padding is strategically placed to offer additional protection against tire roost without hindering arm movement, while the adjustable elastic closure system features newly designed, quick-to-use buckles that accommodate a broad range of rider body sizes. Adjustable shoulder straps further customize the fit for optimal security. Constructed from a durable blend including 45% Polypropylene, 22% Polyester, 16% EVA, 8% Polyamide, 5% HDPE, and 4% Other materials, this roost guard is built to last. The front stone shield meets EN 14021:2003 standards, and the back protector is certified to EN 1621-2:2014 Level 1, confirming its exceptional protective capabilities.
