The Akrapovic Frame Protection Bar is expertly crafted from sandblasted 25 mm titanium tubing, offering a significant weight reduction of approximately 40% compared to steel versions, without compromising on strength. The high-strength, corrosion-resistant titanium is precision TIG welded and features laser-cut, finely machined 8 mm flanges for a secure and perfect fit. Its design allows for seamless integration with existing motorcycle components, providing the option to attach additional accessories such as bags, fog lights, or spotlights. Rigorously tested through numerous deformation analyses, the robust construction is partially fixed to the chassis, effectively distributing impact forces throughout the bars.
