Description
The Progressive Suspension 444 Series Shocks utilize Frequency Sensing Technology (FST), allowing the shocks to intelligently adapt to varying road conditions. FST automatically adjusts damping based on the frequency of bumps encountered, providing optimal ride quality whether you're cruising down the highway or tackling rough backroads. These shocks also feature deflective disc valving, ensuring smooth and consistent performance. The pre-load spring is easily adjustable by hand, eliminating the need for special tools. Shocks slightly longer or shorter than stock may alter head angle and steering characteristics. Before purchasing or installing shocks with different lengths than OEM, confirm your wheel travel can be altered without causing clearance issues (swingarm/axle to exhaust contact and chain/belt guard or tire contact). Heavy-duty applications are recommended for bikes operating at or near maximum load rating over 50% of the time.
